We stand behind our products, and guarantee they work as advertised!  We make every effort to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Sometimes things don't work out, and we understand that.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

if within the first 45 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, return your radios to Peak PTT for a refund of your radios, less any actual shipping, activation and airtime charges.  Radios returned that are in a poor non-resell able condition are subject to a 35% restocking fee. 

Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure

1. Call us at 855-600-6161, or email us at info@peakptt.com and request to return your radios.  We will give you a RMA #.  You have up to 30 days to return the product to us.

2. Ship Product Back To Us With RMA # on Outside of Box.

Please ensure that the RMA shipment is insured and sent back via a traceable method, FedEx, UPS, USPS certified mail, etc.

A credit will be issued immediately to your account once we receive the returned items. 

Please Note: Returns Without an RMA # will not be accepted at our facility and delivery will be refused.  Furthermore, we will not accept any returns, once the 30 day RMA period has expired.
